The rain held off and Matt + Hannah's day couldn't be more perfect. If you follow my page, you know all about how Matt surprised Hannah a week before their wedding. As he heads back to Hawaii today to continue to proudly serve our country, I'm sharing a small glimpse of their On Sunny Slope Farm wedding.
